FAQ

We’ve applied for NDIS registration and are currently waiting for approval. In the meantime, we are operating as an unregistered provider. This means we can support participants who are self-managed or plan-managed (not NDIA-managed).

Yes! You don’t need to be on the NDIS to receive our support. We also offer private pay options, and our rates are the same as NDIS prices so there are no surprises

We bring together professional training, lived experience, and a trauma-informed, PDA-aware approach. That means:

  • We focus on safety, trust, and choice in all our support.
  • We see the person first, not the paperwork.
  • We make support flexible, creative, and meaningful.
  • We know how overwhelming the system can feel — so we walk alongside you at your pace.

PDA is a profile on the autism spectrum. People with PDA often feel intense anxiety when faced with everyday demands, even small ones. It’s not about being “difficult” — it’s about a deep need for autonomy and control to feel safe.

Our team is trained and experienced in PDA, and we take a gentle, trauma-informed approach to reduce pressure, build confidence, and make support feel empowering.

Trauma-informed care means we understand that past experiences can affect how someone feels and responds to the world around them. We prioritise safety, trust, and choice and make sure our support feels calm, respectful, and empowering.

We support:

  • NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed
  • Families looking for flexible support
  • People who wish to pay privately

We offer a wide range of supports, including:

  • Personal care & daily living
  • Household tasks
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Community and social participation
  • Transport & getting around
  • Building life skills
  • Work & study support
You can read more about each service on our Services page.

Our prices follow the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements, which are updated each year. All fees are explained clearly in your service agreement, so you’ll always know what to expect.

You can view our full pricing guide here.

It’s simple: Fill out our Referral Form (or contact us directly). We’ll chat with you about your support needs. Together, we’ll create a service agreement that feels right for you.

We’re committed to keeping everyone safe and cared for. If there’s ever an incident or concern, our team responds quickly and takes action to make things right. We also follow the NDIS incident reporting requirements (once registered) and always keep you informed.
